B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 from Stanley Security Solutions combines flexibility with enormous capabilities. Using a single database server and a single user interface for all applications, B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 allows each module to be added as an option, either during initial installation or in the future. No matter what your needs, B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 can be custom designed to provide you with an efficient and seamlessly integrated system.
B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 offers end-users a comprehensive security solution that combines the critical elements of asset and individual protection with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, administered via a single database server for convenience and efficiency.
Utilizing the latest software applications and IP-based technology platforms, the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 system communicates to a circuit board network and allows users to integrate, streamline and manage all of its physical security and access control products and resources. Its flexibility and custom design provides an efficient and seamlessly integrated system.
As a result, the dynamic functionality of the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 enables organizations to merge the often disparate and disconnected security tools and functions that typically exist within a building, business or facility.
The B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 system is comprised of a broad spectrum of security components that include access control, ID management, integrated digital video, visitor management and alarm monitoring, all of which can be consolidated through the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 system's single user interface.
In addition, the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 is the only security solution that provides an online and offline integration capability, allowing end-users to manage all controls including battery operated mechanical and electronic locking systems, ensuring that each of its software and hardware security resources and components are operating in tandem.
The flexibility of the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 enables it to be linked with other database servers within the enterprise, including human resources, credential management, building process automation and remote administration in order to capture and reflect critical status updates in real time. This ultimately enables the end-user to deploy and execute a security and access control program in a unified and efficient manner that reflects the latest status and event updates.
In addition, the true open architecture of the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 allows end users to easily integrate the system with other security products and technologies. The solution is customizable and allows both small and large companies to scale the system with ease and confidence, whether it is has a staff of eight or 8,000. As the organization evolves and staffing, security and business requirements change, the B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 system is flexible enough to accommodate the rapidly shifting resources and dynamics of businesses, colleges, healthcare facilities or government institutions that are typically in a constant state of fluidity and change.
B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 Select Features
Client Workstation Bandwidth Throttling
The B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 software enables users to stream video
at a lower frame rate than which it was recorded. If a camera has
recorded an event and increases the frame rate to enhance high quality
imagery, it may be very time consuming to wait for the computer to
download. The B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 allows the captured images to
be seen in a smaller thumbnail view instead of a hi-definition, full
screen view. By viewing the thumbnail the quality has not been compromised.
Motion Alarm on Motion Detection for Any Camera In The System
As a result of using B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 alarm-based recording,
high quality digital video can be linked in real time to specific
alarms. This feature now allows users the ability to predetermine
location and preset PTZ IP camera(s) when an alarm is generated to
point at the desired location and begin recording. When using the
Matrix View, up to 32 different windows of live or recorded video
can be displayed simultaneously.
Additionally, pre-and post-roll time periods can be configured for every alarm or event in the system. Because all access events and links to video clips are stored in the same database, the configuration, linkage and display of alarm-related video are just a mouse click away.
The system's IP-based networked digital video cameras facilitate a high level of performance and ease of integration and are able to move data quickly from video to user screen. This feature employs digital time-lapse recording, which can be configured to digitally record video at a very low frame rate when no motion is detected. Parameters can be configured individually for each camera.
Visitor Management
The B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 provides a visitor management function
that details visitor reporting, auditing and visit tracking mechanisms.
When an individual arrives at a facility, they are issued a printed
badge, which can be ready for the visitor upon arrival. All visitor
transactions and movements throughout the facility are stored in
a detailed audit trail, and its destination assurance reports instances
of cardholders not going directly to their required locations after
entering the facility. In addition, system operators can have an
email message automatically sent to employees, informing them of
the scheduled visit, arrival and any pertinent information the host
would like to receive.
In-line Encoding Support for Smart Cards
The systems CredentialCenter™ feature supports the ability
to encode smart card chips with vast quantities of data including
the industry leading biometric fingerprint and retinal template during
the printing process. This provides state-of-the-art, personal identification
and badging immediately, right on the spot. The B.A.S.I.S.® ET650
produces high resolution pictures, supports all industry standard
ID card technologies, and has cutting edge image compression and
enhancement capabilities with no proprietary hardware required.
The ID CredentialCenter™ feature supports industry standard video cameras, databases and badge printers on the market as well as 64-bit badge support for up to 18 digit badge ID lengths. This feature also includes print options that limit the number of times a credential can be printed.
LG Iris Biometric Verification Support
The B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 integrated access control and alarm-monitoring
system delivers maximum protection, versatility, simple operation
and cost efficiency. Its unlimited handling capacity can support
a small company or a large corporation with numerous facilities and
thousands of card readers located around the world. By using the
LG Iris hardware, physical access to an area can be controlled by
authenticating the identity of credential holders using their iris.
Intelligent Video Support
Using B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 alarm-based recording, high quality digital video can be linked in real time to specific alarms. Pre- and post-roll time periods can be configured. The configuration, linkage and display of alarm-related video are just a mouse click away.
Intelligent Video – Advanced motion analysis and object tracking (noting the direction of movement, speed, and motion patterns such as stopping or starting), loitering, people counting, crowd monitoring, detection of abandoned or physically removed objects.
Watermarking of Exported Video – Supports video watermarking, a feature that adds security and discourages tampering with exported video.
Client Workstation Bandwidth Throttling – Ability to stream video at a lower frame rate than which it was recorded, on a per client workstation basis.
Digital Time-Lapse Recording - Digitally records video at a very low frame rate when no motion is detected. Parameters can be configured individually for each camera.
Motion Alarm on motion detection for any camera in the system - PTZ IP cameras can go to preset locations when an alarm is generated.
MPEG 4 Based Video Card – 8-channel MPEG 4 video board provides 640 x 240 (interlaced 640 x 480) resolution.
Direct PTZ Support for Pelco SpectraDome III Analog Cameras configure and control cameras without the need for a matrix switch
IP based network cameras including Sony and AXIS products supported
