Supporting the DST changes on Windows operating systems
For every product that Stanley Security Solutions supports each computer that has a Microsoft operating system installed upon it will need to have the appropriate Microsoft patch applied to it. Microsoft has made patches available for Windows XP-sp2 and Windows 2003.

If you are running software upon a Microsoft operating system that is NOT Windows XP-sp2 or Windows 2003 you will need to contact our National Service Center at nsc@stanleyworks.com or 877-SS1-4YOU (877-771-4968) for additional assistance in updating your Microsoft product to be compatible with the new 2007 Daylight Savings Time rules.

To obtain compatibility with the new DST 2007 rules, update all Microsoft Windows devices in the system using patches or methods supplied by Microsoft. Devices that must be updated include all servers, clients, Video servers, video recorders, and other servers such as archive and database servers.
When applying the patches on NEC cluster systems, follow the documented procedures for properly rebooting the NEC servers. For more information, refer to the documentation for the NEC system.
