  Class Description : A five-hour, online customer training program that is intended to offer an alternative or supplement to traditional classroom training on basic day-to-day operation and configuration of a B.A.S.I.S./Lenel access control system. The content of a single session will include a basic architectural overview of a B.A.S.I.S./Lenel access control system, basic software navigation conventions, monitoring and managing systems events, basic access control configurations, cardholder management and reporting features. No offline features or digital video are included in this class.
